Research use only
All products sold on the Site are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not intended or approved for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, diagnosis, treatment, or any in vivo application. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. By purchasing, you represent that you are acquiring products for lawful research purposes only and that you are qualified to handle research materials safely.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site or place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Buyer responsibility and compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of the products you order. You assume all responsibility and liability for the proper and lawful use of any product purchased from us. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the carrier.
Orders and acceptance

Pricing and payment

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment. Payment must be received and cleared before an order ships.
Shipping
We ship within the United States with free shipping. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is available at a flat rate shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses caused by carriers or customs authorities. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order may be lawfully received at your destination.
Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final and products are non-returnable once shipped, except where a lot is confirmed to be below its stated specification. If you believe a product is below spec, contact us at hello@glpxlabs.comand we will work with you on a replacement or resolution.
Product information and certificates
Certificates of analysis and specifications published on the Site apply to the specific lot indicated and are provided for informational purposes. While we take care to publish accurate lot data, we make no warranty beyond the stated specification of the applicable lot.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except for the stated purity specification of a given lot.
