This policy explains how returns, refunds, and order corrections work at GLPx Labs. All products are sold for laboratory and research use only.
Final Sale on Research Compounds
Because our products are lab compounds intended for research use, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. This applies to all sizes of GLPx-3 RT, GLPx-2 TZ, GLPx-1 SG, and Reconstitution Water. We don’t offer refunds for a change of mind or incorrect selections after an order ships. We are proud to offer free shipping on all outbound orders. If we make a mistake or your item arrives damaged, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs to make it right.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or changed only before they ship. Once an order has a tracking number, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
